This project is for furnishing and installing approximately 5,800 linear feet (LF) of new sewer force main from Pump Station No. 0493 to Manhole No. 0137. NO MANDATORY SITE VISIT. Because this project is in the public right of way, there will be NO mandatory site visit. Bidders should visit the site with their subcontractors and familiarize themselves with site conditions before submitting a bid. Note: Requests for Information (Rfis) Will Only Be Accepted Up to 5 Pm on February 18, 2026. Any Rfi Received After This Date May Be Rejected by the Department, in Its Sole Discretion. Location - Along Golden Beach Drive and Collins Avenue, Town of Golden Beach, Florida. Estimated Range of the Base Bid - $3,909,950.36 to $4,730,823.52, not including contingency and dedicated allowances. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Project Duration: 270 Calendar Days to Substantial Completion, 300 Calendar Days to Final Completion, plus a 30 Calendar Day Contingency Period This contract has no Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Goods and Services Goals. This project is one in a series of projects that are being processed under County Code Section 2-8.2.12, entitled MiamiDade Water and Sewer Department Consent Decree and Capital Improvement Programs Acceleration Ordinance. The Board of County Commissioners, Miami-Dade County, Florida, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in any bid or to re-advertise for bids. Bids from any person, firm or Corporation in default on other contracts or agreements with the County may be rejected. Failure by the Bidder to satisfy claims on previous contracts with the County may be cause for rejection of his bid.
