Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Decatur, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a recreation facility.
Sealed bids are invited to construct a new Activity Center at 3909 West Main Street, Decatur, IL. Offers will be for all work under a single stipulated sum bid. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "SCOVILL PARK WEST ACTIVITY CENTER." Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount is required. Bidders must pay prevailing wages as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor and comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. Minority and Female Business Subcontractor/Supplier participation is encouraged. Bids must remain irrevocable for 30 days after submission.
