Renovation of a municipal facility in De Soto, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Scope of Work for the Project includes removing all existing siding, facia, soffit, and gutters from the Public Works Office Building, removing all existing foam sheathing and replacing with 7/16 OSB sheathing with building moisture wrap, remove and replace all existing doors and windows, and install new siding, facia, soffit and gutters that meet or exceeds what currently exists on the Public Works office building located at 1310 Public Works Drive, De Soto, MO 63020. The City anticipates issuing a notice to proceed beginning in March of 2026. The City of De Soto hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The owner intends to award the contract to the most Responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest Bid. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive any irregularities in the best interest Of the owner.
