Estimated Duration of Contract (months) 24 This Request for Quotation (the "RFQ") issued by the Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency (NSPHA) is an invitation to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of testing services relating to the inspection and testing of building automatic sprinkler system as further described in the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency is looking for prospective bidders for the provision of sprinkler system maintenance and testing services for a period of two years. The initial term of the agreement will be for a period of two (2) years. The NSPHA reserves the right to extend the agreement for one (1) one (1) year extensions beyond the initial term at the same price, terms and conditions, for an overall potential maximum of three (3) years in total.
