The project scope ofwork is presented below: SEE PLANS BY JMPE ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING LIGHTING DESIGN DATED 8/19/2025, NEW PARKING LOT POLE LIGHT FIXTURES, NEW POLE BASES, NEW UNDERGROUND CIRCUITS, PHOTOCELL CONTROL, NEW FEEDER TO TICKET BOOTH, ADDITIVE ALTERNATE #1: 3" C.O. TO BMX AREA Blackout Period (No Construction Activities Permitted): Construction activities shall not be permitted during the following blackout period due to scheduled site operations: 4/16/2026 through 4/20/2026, in connection with the Poppy Festival. Question Deadline 02/06/2026 Any questions or requests for clarification (RFC) are to be submitted to PM at RSeitz@ccauthority.org.RFC or questions are be submitteda minimum of 96hours prior tothe bid submittal time, RFCs submitted after this time may not get addressed.
