Plan A24A to A24F) Install 12" Yellow Thermoplastic Diagonal Stripes Install Traffic Signs Remove Traffic Signs Replace Traffic Signs Install Striping Markings per Caltrans Details 21 or 22 Traffic Signing, Striping, and Markings Bus Pad Vehicle Detection Sewer Manhole Retrofit Technical Specifications The bidder understands that although the bid will be submitted electronically, the Bid Security, along with the appropriate forms (F-5, F-6), depending on the type of Bid Security used for the bid, must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the City Clerk prior to bid closing time and date for this project according to the City Clerks official bid clock. On the outside of the envelope, the bidder shall clearly display the project name: PWCP 24-023, 2025 Pavement Preventative Maintenance and Rehabilitation Program. The City Clerk is located at 44933 Fern Avenue, Lancaster, CA 93534. SB 854 bill signed into law on June 20, 2014, established a new public works contractor registration program to replace prior Compliance Monitoring Unit (CMU) and Labor Compliance Program (LCP) requirements for bond-funded and other specified public works projects. The Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) requires all contractors and subcontractors who bid or perform work on a public works project (as defined under the Labor Code) be subject to a registration and annual renewal fee. Contractors must apply online and meet minimum qualifications to be registered as eligible to bid and work on public works projects. The requirement to list only registered contractors and subcontractors on bids became effective on March 1, 2015. The requirement to only use registered contractors and subcontractors on public works projects applies to all projects awarded on or after April 1, 2015. This project shall comply with the requirements of SB 854. This project shall comply with the requirements of the Community workforce agreement by and between the City of Lancaster and Los Angeles/Orange counties building and construction trades council and the signatory craft councils and unions ("CWA") for all Project Work agreements executed after July 1, 2025. The Contractor, and each of its subcontractors, of whatever tier, shall be required to submit LETTER(S) OF ASSENT in accordance with the CWA included in PART I.
