Sealed bids are invited for the contract to construct Eastside Elementary School 2026 Summer Work as per the provided drawings and specifications. Bids must be filed at the district's Business Office by the specified deadline and bids received after this time will not be accepted. The lowest bid will be determined on the amount of the base bid. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit is required for all bidders. The contract period is forty-seven calendar days, and liquidated damages for delay are specified. Projects are subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations.
