Site work for a water / sewer project in Baxley, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Baxley is requesting proposals from experienced engineering firms for the design and implementation of public works infrastructure projects associated with Federal and/or State grant programs. Responding firms should be technically qualified and licensed in the State of Georgia to provide these services. The project aims to contract engineering services required for the implementation of a potential project through the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) OneGeorgia Authority Disaster Recovery Efforts Grant Program. The purpose is to make repairs and improvements to manage stormwater runoff. Proposals should be submitted through the DFS Procurement Portal. Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities in the proposal process. Addenda regarding the request will be posted within the DFS Portal, and proposers are responsible for obtaining them. Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted through the Portal. Questions regarding the scope or RFP should be submitted in the Portal by February 13th, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. EST.
