The City of Wright City is seeking bids for the mowing of the Wright City Cemetery grounds. This is an all-inclusive contract for labor and equipment. Bids should include a rate per mowing. Grass is to be cut periodically so that the growth will not exceed five inches in height except when weather conditions are not favorable. Trimming around all tombstones is required. Cemetery grounds must be mowed and trimmed immediately prior to the following holidays: Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Flag Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. The successful bidder must provide the City with a certificate of insurance, both general liability and automobile liability coverage, in the amount of $2,000,000 with the City of Wright City as an additional insured. E-Verify compliance must be provided. Bids must be delivered in person to City Hall and should be marked “Cemetery Mowing.”
