This proposal is to provide the City of Columbus with a Universal Term Contract (blanket type) to purchase Fuel Station Services and Repairs for the City’s fueling stations. The contract will be in effect through May 31, 2028. The successful bidder will provide options for purchasing fuel station preventative maintenance services, service calls for repairs, automatic tank gauging (ATG) monitoring equipment service and parts, regulatory record keeping, parts for fueling stations, and regulatory management for the City’s fueling infrastructure. There is also a requirement for routine service, repairs, and maintenance of City-owned generator fuel tank components, such as underground storage tanks (USTs), aboveground storage tanks (ASTs), belly tanks, day tanks, and monitoring systems. Bidders must show experience in providing these types of materials or services as detailed in the specifications. The offeror must submit an outline of its experience and work history for these types of materials and warranty service for the past five years. The offeror shall have documented, proven successful contracts from at least four customers that are similar in scope, complexity, and cost to the requirements outlined.
