Site work and paving for a road / highway in Columbus, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City of Columbus (hereinafter "City") is accepting proposals for professional services for the planning and design of the East Side Rail Trail, a 3--mile linear park along an abandoned rail corridor from East Broad Street to Livingston Avenue; and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance specifications set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP). A pre-proposal conference will not be held for this project. Question Deadline 02/09/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Questions pertaining to the plans, specifications, Request for Proposal, and/or other contract documents must be submitted in writing to the Department of Recreation & Parks, by email to mlhilliard@columbus.gov and brwestall@columbus.gov . No phone calls will be accepted. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
