The requirement is to obtain on-site maintenance, inspection, testing, and technical support services for one Schneider Galaxy VM Uninterruptible Power Supply under a firm-fixed-price contract with a base year and four option periods. Work includes performing semi-annual preventive maintenance on the UPS, power distribution unit, and associated battery cabinets in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, providing 24-hour technical support, and furnishing all personnel, tools, materials, equipment, supervision, and supplies necessary to complete the services. Tasks include visual inspections, firmware validation, application of required field advisories and modifications, review of event logs, cleaning of cooling components, testing of bypass and redundancy functions, tightening of electrical connections to manufacturer torque specifications, verification of electrical parameters, battery assessments, capacitor inspections, and recording of all required voltages, currents, temperatures, and impedance values. The contractor shall maintain an effective quality control program, comply with safety, security, and infection-control requirements, ensure qualified and certified technicians, follow reporting requirements, provide advance notification of scheduled maintenance, and ensure all services comply with applicable laws, regulations, and standards as outlined in the Performance Work Statement.
