Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the W. Sharon Rd. Resurfacing OPWC Funded Project. Bids must be in accordance with drawings and specifications and submitted on forms available from Verdantas, Inc. Each bidder must provide a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. All bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates for public improvements in Hamilton County and the City of Forest Park, Ohio, as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services. The Council of the City of Forest Park, Ohio will authorize acceptance of the bid from the responsible bidder who offers the best and most responsive proposal, considering quality, service, performance record, and price; or may direct the rejection of all bids. The Council may award based on functional equivalence regarding specified work or products and reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 02/06/2026 Questions received less than five (5) days prior to bid date cannot be answered. Notify the Engineer promptly of any discrepancies in, or omissions from the Contract Documents. The Engineer will issue a clarifying addendum to each person on record as having received a set of Contract Documents.
