Sealed proposals are requested for As-Needed Water Resource Recovery Facility Engineering Services. A qualified engineering firm is sought for professional design and program management services necessary for the design and management of special projects at the County’s major wastewater treatment plants. The firm must meet the qualifications in ORC 153.65 (D) and have at least one licensed or accredited professional for each required service. Proposals must be delivered in one electronic version and five paper sets in a sealed envelope labeled “As Needed Water Resource Recovery Facility Engineering Services” with the respondent’s full name and address on the envelope. The County will select the best responsive firm based solely on the information in the proposals. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and waive irregularities if beneficial to the County.
