The Greene County Engineer is accepting electronic bids for the 2026 Collective Paving Project for the purpose of paving and striping selected roadways throughout Greene County, Ohio. Bids must be submitted electronically. All work must be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications, and the Ohio Prevailing Wage Laws under the State of Ohio, Department of Commerce. Instructions for submitting bids are available on the Greene County website under the Bid Letting link on the left side of the page. This a collective bid by Greene County Engineer, including other governmental jurisdictions located in Greene County, Ohio, for the purpose of constructing an overlay of Item 441 (448) Type 1, and/or 441 (448) Type 2, and other associated work to selected roadways. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials to provide Item 441 (448) resurfacing. The project shall include, but not limited to, Item 441 (448)-Type 1, Item 441 (448)-Type 2, Pavement Milling, Manhole and Water Valve adjustments, 407 tack and butt joints
