Sealed proposals are requested for work in Lewis Run Borough, McKean County, Pennsylvania, involving the following: placement of 51 tons of aggregate shoulders; milling of 158 linear feet of bituminous paving notch; milling of 1,465 square yards of bituminous pavement; application of 324 tons of WMA binder course 19.0 mm mix (50 gyrations); and application of 195 tons of WMA wearing course 9.5 mm mix Level I (50 gyrations) on Lincoln Dr (0.03 miles), High St Ext (0.08 miles), Julie Lane (0.07 miles), and Chris Dr (0.06 miles). Proposals must be submitted on forms furnished by the municipality and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond of 10% of the bid amount, made payable to the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
