Renovation of a municipal facility in Juno Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade municipal facility.
The Town of Juno Beach will be receiving written quotes from qualified contractors to replace existing Town Center air conditioning systems. The project includes: 1) 1st Floor Council Chambers - The existing unit is a 7.5 ton split system and the new system must be of the same size. The condenser is located on the west side of Town Center and the air handler is located in the 1st floor mechanical room. 2) 2nd Floor, Staff Area - The existing unit is a 10 ton split system and the new system must be of the same size. The condenser is located on the north side of Town Center and the air handler is located in 2nd floor attic space. Bids should be prepared separately for each system and not combined. Additionally, if recommended by the contractor, a line item can be added for the application of a protective coating to the units to inhibit rust. It will be the Town's sole discretion to accept or reject the line item. Interested firms shall submit one (1) original written quote.
