A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** 2026 STORM SEWER CCTV INSPECTION PROJECT: This project includes the cleaning and closed circuit televising (CCTV) of approximately 20,000 linear feet of storm sewers throughout the Municipality of Bethel Park. It also includes the heavy cleaning of approximately 4,000 linear feet of storm sewer identified by CCTV locations. 2026 SANITARY SEWER LINING PROJECT: This project includes the lining of approximately 22 segments of sanitary sewers throughout the Municipality of Bethel Park. Prevailing wage rates are required to be paid on this project. 2026 MANHOLE REHABILITATION PROJECT: This project includes the rehabilitation of approximately 20 sanitary manholes throughout the Municipality of Bethel Park. Prevailing wage rates are required to be paid on this project. 2026 ROAD PAVING: This project includes storm sewer work and resurfacing of roadways throughout the Municipality of Bethel Park. Prevailing wage rates are required to be paid on this project. 2026 LANDSCAPING PROJECT: This project includes the yard restoration behind curbs associated with the 2026 Road Paving. 2026 ROAD REJUVENATOR PROJECT: This project includes the rejuvenating of approximately 164,000 square yards of asphalt pavement throughout the Municipality of Bethel Park. Instructions: Proposals must be delivered in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the project name, and submitted to the Engineering Department at 5100 West Library Avenue, Bethel Park, PA 15102 prior to the specific deadline for each project. Bidders must provide a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond in an amount equal to 10% of the total proposal. Proposals must remain valid for 60 days. Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance, and Workmen's Compensation Certificates must be submitted with the executed Agreement. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept any portion, and waive informalities. Contracts are awarded to the lowest qualified, responsive, and responsible bidder for each project or any portion thereof, at the Municipality's discretion.
