Renovation of a mixed-use development in Loudon, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.

The project consists of the contractor identifying and removing used equipment (filtration system, plumbing components, recirculation pump, impeller, strainer, electric motor, and VFD) from site and dispose of off property. Contractor will install new equipment and plumbing according to State and local codes and regulations in a manner consistent to provide functional operation of the swimming pool. At all times, the contractor is to protect the other equipment within the mechanical and chemical room. Any damage incurred will be the responsibility of the contractor to repair or replace at their own expense. Contractor shall have installation complete and in working order prior to the opening of the swimming pool for the 2026 season and will provide ample instruction/training to the operators.
