The Project contemplated consists of:New Main Pump Station.oNew electrical building with back-up generator.oNew Odor control facilities.oAll associated site improvements, piping, foundation support, electrical improvements and facility osystems for a complete and functioning system as described in the contract documents. The Work will be completed in all respects within 390 calendar days from the date when the Contract Times commence to run. In order to perform public work, the Successful Bidder and Subcontractors shall hold licenses as required by Tennessee Statutes TCA 62 6 119. A payment bond as described in the Supplementary Conditions shall be furnished after award of Contract.Attendance at a prebid conference will be a mandatory requirement of submitting a Bid for this Project. Refer to Instructions to Bidders for additional information. Owner's right is reserved to reject all Bids or any Bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Bidding Documents.
