The Project includes, but is not limited to, the following Work: The Project consists of the installation of a Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) liner into approximately 4,210 linear feet (LF) varying from 8-inch to 15-inch gravity sanitary sewer; approximately 910 LF of Open Cut Replacement (OCR) upsizing 6-inch to 8-inch gravity sanitary sewer; approximately 182 LF of Open Cut Replacement (OCR) of 8-inch gravity sanitary sewer; approximately 59 CIPP lateral repairs, approximately 7 Open Cut lateral repairs; and approximately 230 vertical feet of manhole lining varying from 48-inch to 60-inch diameter manholes with a polymer or epoxy based liner. The scope of the project will include all necessary labor, tools, equipment and bypass pumping required to complete the jobs according to the specifications. The allotted construction time is 180 days to substantial completion and 210 days for final completion. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. The allotted time for construction is 180 calendar days for substantial completion, 210 calendar days for final completion.
