Project Location 1.3 Partial Owner Occupancy 03/31/2025 37498-07 Whenever, in the opinion of the Engineer, any section or portion of the work or any structure is in suitable condition, it may be put into service upon the written order of the Owner and such usage will not be held in any way as an acceptance of said Summary of Work The work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals for performing all work required to install and provide the operating system as shown in the Contract Documents. The Project consists of replacing approximately 4,100 linear feet (LF) of water main in downtown Loudon, Tennessee. The water main will be constructed of ductile iron pipe ranging from 6-inch to 12-inch in size. The project includes but not limited to valves, fittings, hydrants, services, other appurtenances, and surface restoration as shown on the Drawings and required for a complete functioning system. The selected contractor for the project will be solely responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of stormwater erosion and sediment control best management practices to comply with the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation General Permit Number TRN100000. All work described above shall be performed as shown on the Drawings and as specified. The Owner will occupy existing facilities to which these improvements are being made and will continue operation during the period of construction. There shall not be any interruption in service. The Contractor is responsible for fines assessed due to his activities. 1. The equipment and materials to be furnished will be installed at the locations shown on the Drawings.
