The project is expected to be awarded on March 25, 2026** The Town of Payson seeks qualified contractors to conduct a water service line materials inventory and verification in compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency's Safe Drinking Water Act, 2021 Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR). Approximately 1,300 service lines require field verification to confirm their construction material. Field verification will occur between April 2026 and April 2027 and may include visual inspection, soft digging or vacuuming inside meter boxes, or pothole-type activities. Some inspection sites may have limited equipment access and necessitate manual excavation using shovels or other hand tools. Question Submission Deadline:February 17, 2026, 12:00pm
