The Snake River Water District is conducting a project to perform construction related to water treatment plant improvements in the Keystone area of Summit County. Contractors interested in serving as the construction contractor for the project are invited to submit proposals. RSMay&Associates, LLC is acting as the owner's representative and design consultant. Proposals must be submitted by the specified deadline. The project anticipates funding from the Emerging Contaminants Small or Disadvantaged Communities grant program and includes Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements and goals. Certified DBEs or a consortium of certified DBEs are encouraged to bid. The District reserves the right to act in its best interest, including modifying or suspending the process, rejecting submittals, or waiving informalities. Owner will provide access to the site for interested parties. The site tour will be arranged upon Proposer request by the Owner contact and is not mandatory. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the Project site to familiarize themselves with site conditions and constraints. The Owner is providing these documents only for the purpose of Proposal development and does not confer a license or grant for any other use. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
