Renovation of an educational facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are requested for the roof replacement projects at Kitley Intermediate School and Arlington Elementary School. Pre-bid conferences will be held at both project sites and attendance is mandatory for eligibility to submit bids. Construction documents can be secured by contacting Roof Management, Inc., and are available for viewing at the Administration Office. The bid must include a certified check or bid bond equal to at least five percent of the base bid, serving as a guarantee that the bidder will execute a contract and provide surety bonds within fifteen days if awarded. Bids must be submitted using Contractor's Bid for Public Bidding Form No. 96 (revised 2000) and the Bid Form included in the Specifications. A financial statement must be attached to the bid form. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after the opening. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities. All bidders must comply with Indiana's anti-discrimination laws.
