Renovation of an educational facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Notice is given that sealed bids will be accepted for the Kitley Intermediate School and Arlington Elementary School roof replacement projects. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at both project sites and is the sole opportunity for bidders to access the roof areas during bidding. Construction documents can be obtained by contacting the project manager, and reviewed at the specified administration office. Bidders must refer to the Instructions to Bidders for additional procedures and requirements. Each bid must include a certified check or surety bond for at least 5% of the base bid as a guarantee that the bidder will execute a contract if awarded. Bid forms must be submitted on the prescribed form, along with a required financial statement. Bids cannot be withdrawn for 60 days after opening. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive defects or irregularities. All bidders must comply with anti-discrimination laws.
