Construction of 5 wide concrete sidewalk, access connections, culverts, and any incidental work related thereto, in accordance with the plans and specifications. The project has three locations. These are generally located along the north side of Hwy-125 (Old Mill Rd.), the south side of S. Orchard Blvd, and the west side of S. Main St. in the City of Fair Grove, Greene County, Missouri. The total length of the improvements is approximately 2,218 feet of sidewalk. All bidders must be on MoDOT's Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, latest edition, including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file seven (7) days prior to bid opening. Bidders are informed that all contractors are subject to full compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, and the requirements of the Equal Opportunity Act and it is not the intent of the owner to arbitrarily dismiss any authorities. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City of Fair Grove, however, reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any informality in Bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in his interest.
