Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Godfrey, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a recreation facility; and municipal facility.

The Village of Godfrey seeks the services of a highly qualified architectural firm to provide concept planning, functional programming, and full design services for a Recreation and Administration Complex. Evaluation criteria include staff capabilities (30 points), technical approach (25 points), firm experience (25 points), past performance (20 points), and work load capacity (10 points). Interested firms should request a packet from the Village Clerk's Office which contains a detailed description of the project and specific requirements for the format and content of the submission. At a minimum, the two highest-ranked firms will be interviewed. All requests for clarification or other questions related to this RFP shall be directed to the attention of Rich Beran at rberan@godfreyil.org by 12:00 PM CST on February 9, 2026.
