Site work for a mixed-use development in Beersheba Springs, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and bridge / tunnel.
The project includes the design and construction of an ADA-accessible paved multi-use path, a pedestrian bridge structure spanning an existing stream, associated grading, drainage, signage, and all incidental work. Bidders must be licensed contractors in the State of Tennessee with the appropriate classification(s) of work. The successful bidder will be required to provide required insurance. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw a bid for 60 days after the date of bid opening.
