Remodeling of an educational facility in Battle Creek, Michigan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Firm lump sum or unit price proposals are requested for the furnishing of labor, material, equipment, and all other items required to construct Central High School new Toilet Room doors for Safety and Security, as defined by the Project Manual and Contract Documents. Trade Contractors are required to review all contract documents as one complete set. All bidders are responsible for viewing and acknowledging all documents, addenda, and any updates. Bidders must visit the site to familiarize themselves with local conditions and are expected to work in cooperation with other Trade Contractors. Drawings and specifications are complementary; in case of conflicts, the highest degree of performance will be required unless clarified in writing. No verbal agreements will alter any obligations set forth in the contract documents. Discrepancies or questions regarding the documents must be addressed before the bid due date. Sealed bids are to be submitted with a bid bond or certified check of not less than 5% of the bid amount. Performance Bond and Labor and Material Bond costs should be included for packages over $50,000, and proof of bonding capability is required with all bids. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or proposals at its discretion.
