Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility; and educational facility.
Requested work includes replacing all Touche lighting controls and all supporting hardware as necessary for the new system to function properly at Comstock Elementary School and Comstock Middle School. The work involves providing labor for removing the existing lighting control systems, providing and installing Acuity N light power packs with 0-10V dimming, N light (2 pole switch), N Light Occupancy Sensors with AUX outputs for BMS tie-in, and Bluetooth programmer as specified in the drawings. The scope also includes installation of necessary Cat 6 cables, device plates, and time for owner's training and contractor programming of the N Light system. All labor, material, tools, equipment, and supervision are to be furnished for the work during normal business hours. Bidders must include the availability of completing this work over Summer 2026. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and will determine which proposal best fits the district's needs.
