SEALED BIDS will be received for furnishing materials, supplies, equipment, and labor for performing the work as specified in the approved Plans, the Standard Specifications, the Construction Specifications, and other Contract Documents for the FY 25-26 CAPE SEAL project. Bids are required for the entire work, complete and in place. The time of completion is 55 working days. No bid will be considered unless it is made on the specified proposal form furnished by the City. The following documents must be completed and submitted with the bid: Bid Proposal & Acknowledgement of Addenda, Public Contract Code Questionnaire/Statement, Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Certificate, Clean Air and Water Pollution Control Certificate, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Workers Compensation Compliance Certificate, Drug Free Workplace Certification, Disclosures, Certification of Anti-Kickback Compliance, and Americans With Disabilities Act Compliance Certificate. Question Deadline 02/17/2026 Direct questions regarding this Project to the Purchasing Department by email: purchasing@visalia.gov. Questions must be received The City of Visalia does not provide an Engineers Estimate however the total approved Project Budget for the FY 25-26 CAPE SEAL project as was approved in the City's Capital Improvement Program for this project is approximately $1,175,000.00. The total approved Project Budget is an estimate of the total project delivery costs which includes but is not limited to construction, engineering design, construction support, city project management and administrative costs. The project sites are located in the City of Visalia, Tulare County, California. The specific site locations are designated on the street lists and attached maps.
