The work under this project involves a lump sum solution for the construction and installation of a splash pad to enhance recreational opportunities at Huntersville Community Center. The splash pad will feature various water play elements and ensure safety and accessibility for users of all ages. The splash pad will feature various water play elements and ensure safety and accessibility for users of all ages. Should a bidder find discrepancies in, or omissions from, the drawings or documents, or should it be in doubt as to their meaning, it should at once notify the Owner in writing. The Owner will welcome such inquiries and they will be given consideration. Every interpretation made by the Owner will be in the form of a posted addendum which will be on file in the office of the Owner. Electronic notices of all addenda will be posted, but it will be the bidder's responsibility to know of, examine and become familiar with all addenda issued and shall be acknowledged on the Bid Form and Vendor Questionnaire. All addenda shall become a part of the Contract Documents. The Owner will not be responsible for any oral instruction.
