**As of February 19th, this project has been awarded to Brick Tek for $46,990.** Contract Documents may be obtained at Plan & Print Systems, Inc., 6160 Eastern Ave, Syracuse, NY 13211, upon receipt of a $100.00 deposit per set. Checks for deposit for Contract Documents shall be made payable to Hannibal Central School District. Cash will not be accepted as a deposit. Prospective Bidders will be issued a maximum of two sets each. Subcontractors and Material Suppliers will be issued a maximum of one set each. Contract documents will be delivered via UPS Ground service upon request and receipt of an additional non-refundable delivery and handling charge of $30.00 per set, payable by separate check to Plan & Print Systems, Inc. Any sets required in excess of the maximums are to be obtained directly by interested parties at the full cost of printing, from Plan and Print Systems. Only complete sets will be issued. Project Location: Hannibal Central School District Fairley Elementary School. Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Contract Documents must be made in writing to King + King Architects. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement.
