Sealed bids in duplicate are invited for General Construction at Hannibal High School. Bids must be submitted by the specified deadline to the district office. Bidders are required to comply with the 2008 Wicks Reform and New York State Labor Law Section 220-i in addition to the requirements in the contract documents. Contract documents can be examined at designated locations or obtained for a fee, with options for electronic or paper copies. Deposits for paper copies may be refunded if documents are returned in reusable condition within 30 days after the bid opening. Addenda will be distributed as outlined. The owner reserves the right to waive informality or reject any or all bids. Each bid must include bid security as specified. Withdrawal of bids is subject to stated conditions. The work must be completed within the timeline stated in the project summary. Bidders may inspect the site with prior notification.
