As of February 25, 2026, the project was awarded to Don Hietpas & Sons Inc, with an awarded amount of $569,999.60. The work shall consist of reconstructing approximately 1,045 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, 426 linear feet of 8-inch water main and minor 12-inch storm sewer along Marcella Avenue, Glenview Avenue, and Buchanan Road. Work also includes pipe bursting approximately 1,930 linear feet of new sanitary laterals to homes and approximately 930 linear feet of new water services. Final restoration includes spot curb and gutter, 4-inch and 6-inch concrete sidewalk driveways, asphalt street, and grass restoration. Question Deadline 02/06/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent ofthe Contract Documents shall be submitted to the ENGINEER in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda. Questions received less than 5-days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered
