Description

Renovation of a swimming pool in Potlatch, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.

The City of Potlatch is seeking statements of qualifications and proposals to renovate the Potlatch Swimming Pool. Proposals will be evaluated and ranked on the following criteria: capability to perform project (20 points), relevant project experience (20 points), qualifications of project team (20 points), project approach and schedule (20 points), guarantee and warranty (10 points), and project costs (10 points). The city reserves the right to reject all proposals. The City of Potlatch is seeking proposals from aquatic recreation design-build contractors, firms, or teams, to provide all labor, materials and provisions necessary to produce final design and construction documents, construction, equipment procurement and construction management for the renovation of the Potlatch Swimming Pool. The work must comply with IDAPA and ADA. Scope of Work Demolition, surface preparation and installation of commercial-grade pool liner, additional sealing, pool drain replacement and related appurtenances. The City of Potlatch seeks proposers with demonstrated experience in providing design-build aquatic recreation services for public agencies. budget range is $250,000 to $283,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
