Tree Removal/Tree Pruning and Stump Grinding services for the Oceana County Road Commission. Submission of a bid indicates the contractor is thoroughly familiar with all requirements and specifications and agrees to abide by all stipulations. The contract may be canceled by the Road Commission for nonperformance, inadequate performance, or any violation as determined by the Road Commission. The contract may not be assigned to a third party without written consent from the Road Commission, and may be renewed for two additional one-year extensions subject to satisfactory performance and negotiated unit price. Questions regarding specifications should be directed to the Clerk. Sealed bids will be accepted by mail, in person, or electronically until the specified deadline, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, waive irregularities, and accept any bid deemed most advantageous and in the best interest of the County.
