Site work for a water / sewer project in Lakes of the Four Seasons, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes but is not limited to replacement water services on Kingsway Drive in Twin Lakes. Bids are requested for the Twin Lakes - 2026 Water Service Replacements under a single prime contract, with bids to be submitted as shown in the Bid Form. All further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award are provided in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. Bid security is to be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept any bid or combination of bids as may seem desirable, and to waive any and all informalities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for at least sixty days. 1. Under this Contract, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to construct the Twin Lakes 2026 Water Service Replacement Project complete with all equipment in place and operating in accordance with the intent of detailed specifications and applicable sections of the workmanship and materials specifications. All work, equipment and materials as described in the Contract Documents, as illustrated on the plan sheets, and as outlined in these Specifications shall be provided under this contract. 1. The work to be provided under this Contract includes but is not limited to the installation new water services. The project also includes all associated dewatering, road and surface restorations, connections to existing mains and services, pressure testing, disinfection, and all related work required to complete the project as shown on the plans. 2. All equipment proposed for this project shall perform and operate in a manner to meet the requirements for reliable transportation of water to the standards by State and Federal regulations. 3. Owner shall be provided notice at least 72 hours prior to any water main being temporarily removed from service. Isolation of line shall be coordinated with Owner. Hot-Taps or insertion valves on active lines shall not be used without prior approval by Owner and Engineer.
