Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Sandwich, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The proposals shall include the removal of 2 heating hot water boilers at both Forestdale and Oak Ridge Elementary Schools and replacing each with a Weil McLain H-1688-W cast iron hot water boilers with Power Flame burners model number CR3-GO-25BHTD. Proposals shall include cost to demo existing boilers and associated exhaust flue, repair or replace any associated piping, as well as to receive and store the boilers prior to install. Commissioning of the new equipment and and training for maintenance staff is included in the bid price.
