Electrical Construction Estimate range: $509,440 - $689,248 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. Bid bond amount: $30,000 Electrical Contract includes but is not limited to all labor, materials and equipment required to install underground secondary trenching, conduit, and wire, secondary panelboards, secondary ground loops, connections to existing building panelboards, demolition of existing overhead system from interior panelboards to building exteriors, and repair of overhead service entrances to buildings. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract.
