Ensure proper slope to all existing drain locations. Install Schluter Ditra or approved equal on floors, Schluter drains or approved equal, and tape all seams including the corners. Floor tile will not exceed 2"x2", wall tiles are to be 1'x2' styles and colors to follow drawings. All grouting shall be performed with epoxy grout. Perimeter shall be caulked with silicone. A site visit is mandatory to bid on this project; details will be sent out with the bid announcement.
