Sealed bids are invited for the Building Facades Maintenance Project for two City of Kingsport properties: 415 Broad St and 117 W Sevier Ave. All bids must be signed, sealed, and addressed to the Procurement Manager, City of Kingsport, 415 Broad St., Kingsport, TN 37660, and marked "BUILDING FACADES MAINTENANCE PROJECT FOR (2) CITY OF KINGSPORT PROPERTIES - 415 BROAD ST & 117 W SEVIER AVE". A bid bond or certified check equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid is required. Successful bidders must execute acceptable performance and payment bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. All bidders must hold appropriate contractor licenses. Bid envelopes must display the required contractor and subcontractor information or specific notations regarding subcontractor use. Bids cannot be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the closing time. The city reserves the right to accept or reject bids and waive informalities.
