Sealed bids are invited for the Washington County Water - Phase 2 project. All bids must be signed, sealed, addressed to the Procurement Manager, and marked appropriately. A bid bond or certified check equal to five percent of the total bid is required. The successful bidder must provide acceptable Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract price. Bidders must be licensed Contractors as per state requirements. Bid envelopes must display the Contractor's and major subcontractors' (Geothermal, HVAC, Masonry, Plumbing, Roofing, Electrical) license numbers, license expirations, and classification, or indicate no subcontractors or that subcontractors' work is below the specified thresholds. Bidders certify compliance with Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Bids cannot be withdrawn for 60 days after submission. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive informalities, or re-advertise. QA date - 3-6-2026 No oral interpretation will be made to any bidder as to the meaning of the Contract Documents or any part thereof. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Owner. Any written inquiry received no less than ninety six (96) hours, excluding weekends and legal holidays prior to the bid opening date and time will be given consideration.
