Vernon Street, Somerset, Kentucky 42501 and to be given consideration must be received at least five (5) consecutive calendar days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids. Questions shall be addressed to Alan R. Robinson, P.E. of Eclipse Engineers, PLLC, 113 West Mt. Vernon Street, Somerset, Kentucky 42501 (606-451-0959) as stated in the Specifications or by email to arobinson@eclipseengineers.net. The primary scope of work includes the installation of approximately 662 LF of 4-inch PVC force main, 72 LF of 8-inch PVC gravity sewer, two duplex pump stations and valve vaults, two sanitary sewer manholes, and related appurtenances. Instructions to bidders include viewing or examining contract documents, plans, and specifications online or at designated locations. Copies may be obtained from a specified vendor upon payment. Only registered plan holders, who purchase a set of documents and provide accurate contact information, may submit bids. No partial sets will be provided. Bid security must be deposited with each bid, in the amount and form specified. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty calendar days after the opening date.
