This is a Sources Sought announcement intended to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing a Campus-Wide and Community Based Outpatient Clinic Viewpoint Upgrade. The requirement includes furnishing all labor for installation, transportation, supplies, and equipment as described in the Statement of Work. Interested sources must provide company name, address, point of contact information, UEI number, and business size classification relative to NAICS 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, with a $19 million size standard. Respondents shall indicate whether the business is small; whether it qualifies as a small, emerging, or small disadvantaged business; whether it is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, or Women-Owned Small Business; whether it is located in Hillsborough County; and whether it is a non-profit organization. Responses must also include a summary of company capabilities and the ability to provide exterior window washing and resealing services for the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital. Responses must be submitted electronically to Jose.Ortiz-Velez@va.gov no later than Friday, January 30, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST. No reimbursement will be made for costs associated with responding, and submissions are strictly voluntary. Requests for solicitation documents will not be answered, and responses to this notice do not add vendors to any bidders list. If a solicitation is issued later, all interested parties must respond separately to that announcement. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
