Request for Qualifications is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk) services for the renovation of the new HCSO Sheriffs Operations Center. Deadline to Submit Questions February 19, 2026 If the Proposer has questions regarding the application of Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, to the Proposers duty to provide public records relating to this Contract, contact the custodian of public records at: Hillsborough County Sheriffs Office, Sheriffs Operations Center, ATTN: Records Section, 1900 East 9th Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33605, (813) 247-8210 or at HCSORecords@HCSO.Tampa.FL.US. The HCSO reserves the right to reject any or all Proposal Responses, for cause, to waive irregularities, if any, and to accept the Proposal Response (or Responses) which, in the judgment of the Sheriff, are in the best interest of the HCSO.
