Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Goldendale, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This contract provides for the improvement of Glover Street from 5th Ave to Twisp Ave. These improvements include ADA compliant sidewalks, parking stalls, intersections, stormwater collection and treatment, replacement of pedestrian canopies, water line updates, roadway improvements, and other work, Engineers estimated range for this project is $4,000,000 - $5,000,000. Questions shall be submitted in writing to the Public Works Director, contact information shown below, and be received at least one week prior to the specified bid opening date. Questions received after this date may not be responded to. Responses to questions will be submitted in writing by the Town through addendum; verbal responses shall not be considered official. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
