Asotin County is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) from consulting firms to assist with energy benchmarking, energy auditing, and compliance documents required by the Clean Building Act. The scope of work is to be determined after the selection of the consultant but at a minimum includes the Asotin County Courthouse and the Asotin County Justice Complex. The selected service provider shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform operations required by The Clean Buildings Act. Submit RFQ materials electronically (PDF format preferred). Submittals received after the specified date and time will not be accepted. No fees or expenses will be paid or provided for costs associated with the preparation of any response. Information and/or material received in response to this RFQ will not be returned. Asotin County reserves the right to reject any or all responses to this RFQ.
