Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Education of the Mason City School District for the Serving Line Renovation for Mason City Schools at 6100 Mason-Montgomery Road, Mason, Ohio. Bids will be received for the General Construction Contract (Single Prime). The probable cost for the total construction contract is $600,000. Bids shall include all labor, materials, equipment, special tools, and services required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bids must meet the regulations of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code and be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit equal to 10% of the bid amount, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. No bids may be withdrawn within sixty days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct such review as necessary to determine the responsibility of any bidder submitting a bid for the project. Plans and specifications may be examined at the Architect's Office or at area Plan Rooms, and copies of the Contract Documents may be purchased from Key Blue Prints, 411 Elliot Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio 45215.
